Services
365 Skynet provides AI automation, consulting, and related services as described on our website and in direct agreements with clients.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion with reasonable notice when possible.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By engaging with us,
you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts and information
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, purchasing, or communicating with us. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments
Services may be purchased through PayPal, Stripe, or other listed providers. By completing a transaction, you authorize the
charge to your selected payment method. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions (such as Momentum) are billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel future billing at any time through PayPal,
Stripe, or by contacting us. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations and refunds
One-time service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription services can be canceled anytime, but partial-month
refunds are not provided. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment fails or if you violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our site or services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, disrupting networks
or servers, or using our services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to 365 Skynet and protected by law.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site or services

Limitation of liability

of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you
paid us for the service at issue.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Guyana, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guyana.
